Need to redo the seat, It's too thin...feels like i'm sitting on wood. Engine and gas tank still needs paint. It's going to be all flat black.

That is a TKat fork brace. His shop is close to Korr and I, near the San Jose Airport (SJC). I have the same on my midnight, and the daily ride.

Foot controls are staying put, they will actually bump into my ankles when my feet are on the ground Keeping the stock handlebars. Maybe i can rotate them forward a little bit and hopefully that will give me another 1/2" pullback.

I am going to remove the old school teleflex fork brace and front fender. Hopefully that will take out about 5-8 pounds?
The engine crash guards are going too. Passenger foot peg mounting bracket
also. I'm starting to really like how much easier it is to push the bike and putting it on it's center stand once i had the seat and rear fender off. That probably only took off about 10 pounds, but it feels like 20-30!

Get Tkat's fork brace! It is worth it!!!!!

Flip those bars upside down and backwards. They will give it the Old Old-school clubman look (and low cost too!)
Overall I like It. I am a big fan off flat black

Sweet! Looks a lot like mine.

You oughtta look into some clubmans and some rear sets.
