Boy, I sure have a lot of questions and comments, don't I?
Ok, with my "spare" motor, after awhile it began to have trouble keeping the starter engaged and got to the point where it would take me 10-15 minutes to get the bike started simply b/c the motor didn't get a change to turn much before the starter freespun...it's at that time that I decided to finally fix my original motor (one cylinder was waaay out of spec) so I bored it out and put it back together.
Between the two motors, I only had 1 good starter so I moved the starter motor over to the orignal motor. Everything was fine for a couple months and then she started freespinning every so often...today though, it was just like the spare motor was back in, freespinning and took me 10 minutes to get started...ARGH!!!
So, any advice? I heard that I may have to replace my "starter gear" and prolly should replace the starter...
