    Rear Arm Pivot Bolt

Is the 47 ft lbs for real on the pivot shafts. Afraid I'm gonna open the frame. Seems way to tight.

Gene, That is for the LOCK NUTS! The bolts are only about 5 FtLbs, give or take. What you do is even out the swing arm between the frame, and make sure eveything lines up. Then move the swing arm to be sure it is smooth and then tighten the NUTS to 47.

My OEM manual says 43 - 52 INCH POUNDS, NOT foot-pounds. The locknut torque is 72 ft-lbs.

Hope I didn't do any damage. I need to go get a 3/8" torque wrench. All I have is 1/2". I pulled the bearing out and checked them and they appear ok. Anyone know the inside frame dimension. I measured mine and it is exactly 12".

Set the swingarm so there's less than a 1.6 mm difference between left and right, there is no width spec in the manual.
