some times when my bike sits a while , I start it and when I try to put into first with clutch disengaged it will still grab and stall the bike?

Assuming the clutch has been adjusted properly, your clutch plates may be grabbing.
Some here have had good success buying a can of seafoam and using the instructions on the can, run some through the crankcase just before an oil change.
Other crankcase cleaners may work as well. There may be sludge built up in the clutch, usually a result of sitting for a long period.Nice day, if it doesn't rain...
