I forgot about the problems some people have had with pods in the rain. My solution is to not ride in the rain, but that's just what works for me.

However, I have been caught in a sudden downpour a couple of times and even thought I was thoroughly soaked the bike didn't seem to be pulling any water in through the filters.
I know this, because Tyler knows this.

I have not had any of the troubles that some seem have with water or jetting when running pods. I got rid of my airbox since it was junk. I didn't like the look either. The bike runs great with them. And, it is really easy to tell which float is sticking and causing a massive fuel leak
Healthy is merely the slowest rate at which you can die

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better. I’ve always believed this, in spite of the trouble it’s caused me. Being shot out of a cannon will always be better than being squeezed out of a tube. That is why God made fast motorcycles, Bubba….Hunter S. Thompson
