    About to put in Mike's XS pod filters

    Hi guys Is there anything that i need to look out for when i do this?

    nope, just watch your fuel line clearances between the filters
    1979 XS1100 SF "Black Goblin"
    -Pod Filters
    -4-1 pipe
    -larger jets for carbs
    1982 XJ1100 "Black Sheep"

      Korr - it's probably going to lean it out a little bit, but other than that it's pretty straight forward. I put mine on dry - no oil. Oiling them may reduce how much it's leaned out.
      I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

      '79 XS11 Standard, Jardine 4/1, Dyna DC1-1 Coils, 145 mains, 45 pilots, plastic floats - 25.7mm, XV920 fuel valves, inline fuel filters, speed bleeders, Mikes XS pods, spade-type fuse block, fork brace, progressive fork springs/shocks, manual petcocks, 750 FD, Venture cam chain tensioner, SS brake lines

          Just watch out for the clamps between 2-3 carbs, folks have gotten their throttle cables snagged on the clamps.
