okay i synced the bike, and it's all even the idle is at 1100, now the bike seem to have a slight hesitation right off idle, is it the idle mixture, i thought i had to do the idle mixture screw first then sync.

    any comments would be apprieciated...

It's kind of an interactive process. When you change the mixture, you affect the sync so you have to dial them both in with sync being last eventually. Hesitaion off idle could mean your mixture adjustments are a little off.

That sounds lean, mine are about 2 - 2 1/2 turns out.But it all depends on jets ,headers, airbox etc.

              Hey Mason,

Once you have them vacuum synched, you can then play with the pilot screws to sweeten up the throttle response, so try turning them out a 1/2 turn each and see how it responds off idle. I'm not talking about the main idle screw/thumbscrew, but the little ones on the tops of the carbs where the tips can break off easily if seated too firmly!
