I would buy the complete kits but I just realized that Carb Kit Capital uses UPS to ship to Canada.

I try to avoid businesses that use UPS because the outrageous brokerage fees that UPS charges can more than double the cost of an order.

Well got all the broken tips removed, thanks to the tech articles.

I guess the bike will be put aside till I can get ahold of some new idle jet screws .

I have other projects waiting in the wings , so I will have something to work on.

Ships from Canada too. Carbkitscapital and partsnmore are one and the same. I just checked their website and they say shipping is free on orders over $55. I got four kits, and I just checked the invoice and sure enough, shipping was free.

Also depending on the year MikesXS may have the screws as many of the XS line used the same carbs.

P.S. to my previous - You'll probably want four kits as well, even though you only need three mixture needles. The profile is a little different than stock - not quite as pointy. They work great, but in the interest of keeping everything consistent across the carbs...

On the mikesxs stuff - Part #48-5011 might work on the '78 as it should have bs34's but I wouldn't swear to it. If you ask them, and tell them their for an 11 he'll tell you to pound salt. $10 ea. plus $8 shipping on orders under $50.
