      wiring harness

I have a 1978 wiring harness, I bet it would be cheaper than anywhere on the planet, $10 + shipping.

mine also has the 3 wires coming out of the right hand switch but has 5 pins on the connector to the wiring harness. I believe some of the XS11's came with an extra switch found on the right hand control that can turn the lights on or off. Ive see pics on some. i believe thats what those 2 pins are. i believe they go to the reserve lighting unit. I have a right hand control on the way with the 5 wires. when i get it and plug it in i'll tell u if it works.
It seemed like a good idea at the time....

            almost done

So I am almost finished headlight works and everything else except no oil light, and my right front signal is so corroded I can't get the bulb out , I am going up to the Wiz's in the morning he says he has a couple of extra signals he can part with and I should have it fixed , oh yeah when I am trying to park and turn the bars hard left the motor cuts out. I re routed the wires but it still happens , I guess I will pull the connector and see what's loose

it could be the throttle cable. When i turned mine hard right it would idle up, and when i turn it hard left it idles down. just adjust idle up alittle
