Master Cylinder Reservoirs

Mine has full black (painted) aluminum with a tiny window for the front, and full black with no window for the rear. Isn't that how all the XS's are made? Or is that only because mine is a Midnight?

Maybe yours is like that cause its a midnight. Most Of the XSs I have seen have the clear front and rear master cylinder.

Thanks for the correction on the bolt size. I just replaced my brother in laws one on his kaw kz750. I had the 10mm stuck in my head.
