    Float Help Please!

    Can anyone tell me what the float height should be on a'80 XS1100LG? And at what points to measure from... Thanks Guys!!

    If it has the black plastic floats, float height for a 1980 XS1100LG should be

    23.0 +-0.5mm (0.906 +- 0.020 in)

        that should be measured from the surface that the gasket sets on, so remove the gasket and measure from the flat that the gasket sits against.
