      That's good news James.

Do you think you may have had air or maybe water in one caliper?

Would someone care to exlpain how air/water/bleeding could lead to a shimmy or a fix?

I had the same problem and it ended up being the master cylinder.
I had thought that it was a sticky caliper for the longest time. Also thought that I had fixed the caliper, until the problem had returned later. What I found is that the master cylinder was sticking from time to time and by removing the calipers and working them, I was freeing up the master cylinder for a little while.
What I did to fix my problem (not recommended, but worked) was, dissamble the master cylinder and I took a wire brush pipe fitting cleaner, one size larger than the cylinder and I don't remember what size. Gave it a one turn in until it bottomed out and in the same direction, turned and pulled it back out. Just once is all it took. Cleaned it really well with brake cleaner and compressed air. No problems since. I'm telling this story incase your problem returns.

Hope it don't, and good luck.

There was alot of air in it. Many air bubbles came out when I did the right side the left was fine. Next time I will take my time when bleeding the brakes , the air takes a bit longer to flow through the lines than I thought.

O.K. Smarty, My turn, (refering to blue giant)
Explain how the air in the line makes a front wheel shimmy then.
Just kiddding around too, but I'm also trying to understand how this shimmy would happen.
It's got me baffeled and in persuit of understanding.

                    That one is easy!!!
You had the air in ONE caliper, and it was NOT working with the same pressure as the other. You start to get a grab on the one, and the second is just touching, with a rotor just SLIGHTLY out of round, and you have a wiggle.
I know, this was for blue giant, but I couldn't resist!
