  • front wheel bearing spacer?

    Hi,
I am wondering if anybody has the spacer which belongs between the front wheel bearings?
I looked but never did see one on Ebay, I guess because as a rule the spacer is so well contained and nobody seems to disassemble their hub.
Anyway, one of my restore projects came with a wobbling front axle, and that was because the spacer was missing, and one bearing consequently packed it in.
If you have the spacer, I could use a bearing as well.....

You can buy the spacer and bearing from this site. Yamaha Parts Hit OEM, then enter your model and year. The spacer is 5 or 6 bucks. The bearings are 15 or 20 bucks. Or you can wait to see if used ones show up on ebay... Not sure I'd buy used bearings though. Good luck!
