            Dudes! I think you were supposed to copy the original post and only enter your serial number if it was higher than the one currently in the postion of your model. When you just post your own, how are we supposed to know if it's the higest without reading EVERY post up to yours? Talk about some boring reading...

                mine is an 81 SX1100LH number is 4W1 001633, Purchased in Arkanasas by my Brother in law in Dec. 1980. I now have it with only 1,430 miles. Still slowly getting it up again.

                          Hey, howz about we also play one-downsmanship, with the lowest serial number? Maybe we can find out who has one of the first bikes made of each type. BTW, do the serial numbers start @xxx-000001 or 000101? Anybody have the answer to that one? THANX.
