    Hi jwoell,
you are trying to remove the inner cone & rollers from the lower tripletree shaft?
Your mantra here is:- "I don't want this bearing, I just want it off."
Take a big sharp cold chisel and a BFH.
Put the chisel's edge on the crack between the bottom of the inner cone and the shoulder it rests on and drive the chisel in sideways. That side of the cone will lift. Do it again from the other side. Repeat. The bearing will work itself up the shaft like moving a jammed sash window.

That's how I did the last two.
Though some, I've had to cut a slice in it using a die grinder with a cutting wheel, and then have at it with a chisel.

Oh it is a complete bearing and not just a race. Sorry.

Nope it's just the race left at this point. I pryed enough on the bearing that the rollers and cage got loose enough to remove.

I'll give it another try tonight and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the suggestions on this, I didn't know it would be this much of a pain when I started

I just ended up grinding most of the way through the thing with my 4 inch grinder. Came off fairly easy after that.

So I got the front end all put back together and wow, what a different that made! It's like a totally different bike, I can't believe it. It's incredible smooth and much much easier to control. The handling has improved tremendously. Night and day difference.

Thanks for all your advice while I've been messing with this

Just FYI, you can usually knock a bearing off a shaft quite easily by putting the edge of a chisel from an air hammer against the race and lightly buzzing it off.
