Is it just the 750 carbs that had jets that were too small according to some?

Trying to remember, gsxr1100 carbs 36-38mm with stock 125 main jets, 37.5 pilot jets, 14mm float level, the 750's main jets around 112-117, the keihin cvk carbs here, they're on modern suzukis and kawasakis, emissioned/jetted too lean for an XS11 with 95 main jets, I bumped mine up to 140's and richened slightly the low range for easy cold starts, the carbs perform amazing with instant smooth power and awesome top end revs
