Yeah, I usually save em to hang pictures with later on...
Kidding aside, I found a MC on an old 750 Triple that worked out very well. Same size, shape, etc etc, even the same lines running to the same type of caliper. I'd have sworn I was raping an 1100 if not for the 3-cylinder block. Anyhoo, everything worked out, I didn't part out the MC, I used the "new" MC as it was, after thorough cleaning and inspection. Saved my broken MC to rebuild in at my leisure. Not a bad $20 investment, eh?
For another 22.00 (thanks again, TC), I'll have a spare MC hanging on the wall in case anything should happen to this other one I have now. And NO, for those of you thinking it...I won't be using any old rubbers to hang it with..
