    T.C.
I could not find the conversion lense on MikesXS or Bikebandit----any other places you know of I might check? Checked J.C. Whitney and found the 80/100 watt bulbs.

    Thanks

Let me make this perfectly CLEAR!

    Hey Dod,

You might have missed it because it wasn't Xsactly labelled as Clear Lens, but crystal lens, but you can see that it's pretty much clear vs. the fresnel sculpted syle of the OEMs. Found in the Electrical/headlight section near bottom of page!

      conversion lense

      Hey T.C.

Thats what happened ---Thanks for the part number

      and description.

Will (Note: This unit is deeper than stock so there is less room for wirining inside lamp
      assembly)

create much of a nuisance? Since the conversion is pulling

less amps, can you put one 55W light on front (fog?)

        Hey Dod,

I'm not sure where you are getting that it is pulling less amps?? IF you use the JCW 80/100 watt bulb, then you will be pulling almost twice as many amps as with the stock 55/60 bulb. I've got the clear lens on mine, and with the 55/60 bulb it's okay, but not great, that's why I added my twin 55 halogens, but I also have done a complete LED conversion for turns/tail/brake lights which has freed up considerable wattage/amperage but I still only run them when I'm running the highway, not much in town except when approaching an intersection and not sure about cars seeing me....I'm flash them on!

          clear lense conversion

          Hey T.C.

I think on the Mikesxs page or another link I read, that particular

generation of lighting gave more visibility with less draw on

the electrical system. I see what your saying ---go faster need

more fuel. Thanks for the feed back and right direction to go.
