      Hey S Head,

I found some Nitrile/Neoprene large rubber washers that were thick enough and was able to actually CUT MY OWN from one side of one, and used a single paper hole puncher to make the holes. I can't remember the thickness, but there are several thickneses to choose from at my local hardware store, you might find the same, and would be a lot cheaper!? JAT!
