Signal light

It seems my right side signal light will not flash unless I have the rpm about 2 grand However the left side works great
and when I use the emergency flashers all the lights will flash properly with the bike not running.
I have check all grounds die electric grease on all connections
I guess the confusing part is the emergency flashers work flawlessy with the bike not running could this be a diffrent circuit
I have even changed to a diffrent set of signal lights that came with the trunk I bought same thing
any ideas ? Wimpy reg/rect why would there be diffrence in each side..

emergency flashers use seprate flasher.

While wimpy grounds seem to be a common cause of "no flash syndrom" , can also be corrosion on the "hot" side of circut as well as corrosion inside the light socket.

btw, turns should flash with out engine running, and since one side seems to work other side is pointing to a fault in the wireing or light socket.
