    Hey XSSCooters,

If you'll do a simple search for "lowering XS11", you'll find many threads with a variety of tips, from shorter rear shocks, putting a 16" rear wheel on a Standard that normally uses a 17", sliding the front fork tubes up in the triple trees, reshaping the seat, etc.!! Welcome, sorry, but it's late, don't have a lot of time to search and post the LINKS for you!

If cutting a welding is not your thing you can always use smaller rear shocks and slide the fork tubes up in the triple tree as TC said. Good luck and welcome to the site

        thanks

I knew those tricks already i always used the shocks from a Suzuki 650 savage on my xs650's . I was more interested in the frame mods what shocks did you use i know the savage shocks are'nt heavy duty enough for the xs11. Thanks Mike
