You might try McMaster Supply. They have metric o-rings (in Viton) from 2mm id up to 50mm id and washers from 2mm id up to 42mm id.
A caliper would be handy here, you're going to need the measurements unless someone can chime in here? Here's the link:

o-rings, check! McMaster has them for 6.08 for a 25 pack.
I forget how much that place kicks ass.
Now if I can just find the washers. McMaster's website doesn't have the size (3mmID, 5mmOD, .5mmthick) but I'm pretty sure they had it listed in their catalog. I'll have to check the catalog tommorrow at work.
IIRC they have like a $50 minimum order, but by the time I get some stainless allen screws for the carbs, and some fuel line, and other misc stuff, that shouldn't be a problem.
In the meantime I'll be googling for a washer source.'81 H XS11 Standard.

I'm thinking it would be feasible to drill out the inside to 3mm. I'm still looking, though. There are a couple other Industrial supply places like McMaster that I'm going to check into.'81 H XS11 Standard.

I'll probably end up going the Nylon route, though. Easier and cheaper. Then I can just ream out the inside by hand.'81 H XS11 Standard.
