If you plan to go as far as I did, plan on keeping the bike forever. I've dump 3x what it's worth into it. But for me thats not what it's about. She's up to 72K on the odometer, and I have no plans to get rid of it. I figure there isn't much I can break that I can't fix. Come to think of it, there isn't much I haven't already fixed, but I don't exactly baby her. I keep thinking I'll be done with it after the next thing, but after 6 years, I'm still doing little things here and there. If you saw it in person, you'd find little dings and chips here and there. It's not so nice that I can't ride it.

.. the super trapp muffs look real good but they are either too restrictive or too loud. they might be good for performance but only when they are setup to be too loud. also they are the heaviest after market muffler out there..
. ok i'll quit bashing on your exhaust now, this is just one @ssholes opinion

.. i really like the floating rotors, where did you get those?
the gray with the black accents very nice, your bike does look great!.. i love the Specials

Yep, and everywhere in between too! Ya pays yer money and ya takes yer choice, its just that there's more choices with a Supertrapp.

Fella around here with a real fast (for a Harley ) Harley with a 2 into 1 stainless Supertrapp system and his bike is probably the quietest Harley in the countyas well as one of the fastest. Dunno what else he might have done to the motor though.

the super trapps arent resrictive at all and what makes them so good is that you can change out the disc to make it louder or a quite as you want it

It weighs a few pounds more, thats true..... however, I think aluminum cans are available. It's also loud, but I like that. Reasonably quiet at idle though. Again, the easy tuning is the best part. It made such a dramatic difference in the way my bike runs, I just had to vent it out on the site.
1179 Weisco Kit, stage 1 jets.
The rotors are EBC and last I checked, they're available from Bikebandit.com...aftermarket parts.

                  brake rotors

Matt, do the EBC rotors cost more or less than these?
http://www.mikesxs.com/mikesxs-chass...ategory_id=1.2 Just wondering. These are floaters and fit XS11 brakes.
