Here's another option...was mentioned way back in the thread, but the site moved and I found em again. This looks like one incredible deal

Do you have a current link for these lines? The link in the first post cannot be found so I searched and searched but couldn't find it. I suspect it was buried on a long page listing many many brake parts/info, but I just couldn't find anything specific about stainless steel brake lines for an xs1100.80 SG Canada

Here's the link to the brakes lines in his catalog:

The rubber lines and stainless lines aren't listed together, so you will need to search or scroll a bit past the rubber lines to find them.82J · 81SH · 79SF Fire Damage · 78E · 79F Parts Bike · 04 Buell Blast

Thank you, XJ4Ever!
I think I posted on this thread before but I'll be the guy to BUMP it again.
I strongly recommend XJ4Ever lines for fit & quality.
Recently, I got myself involved in a back-n-forth debate with a "Dummy" on Fakebook (aka Facebook). The individual claimed there's no issue using OEM brake lines (i.e. 37 +/- years old) and I was just trying to scare people that they needed to replace them.
Personally, this is basically the very first repair I perform on my restoration/repair projects. To me, #1 priority is the bike must STOP and do it well. I've got lines on my bike from various suppliers: Russell, Galfer, and XJ4Ever/Len. NONE of the others came with detailed instructions like XJ4Ever, NONE of the others were a perfect fit like XJ4Ever, and none of those other suppliers was no readily available to answer a question.
No one will EVER convince me, especially a "Dummy" on Fakebook, that 37 year old brake lines are in any way safe to use. Sorry, I don't care if the bike has 3 miles on it. Change the darn lines!
I just installed a new set of Len's lines on my SECA restoration project and they, just like those for the XS11, were a perfect fit and function.
The life you save will be yours!
