The key to the pumps that we're talking about is the zero psi loss when disconnecting the pump. I'm not sure the one that John mentioned has that feature.

I use a portable air tank for setting the air pressure on Tsunami and Purple Reign. I fill the tank to just a bit over the final pressure I want (checked with a low pressure gauge), then use the short hose that came with the tank to hit each fork air nipple. By the time you hit each nipple a couple or three times, the pressure in the tank and each fork will stabilize and be exactly the same for each one. You can do this with your regular air compressor too if you shut off the power and bleed the tank down to the pressure you want for your final. All that aside, that sure is a nice looking tool...

                  no loss pump

The SKS is a suspension pump and is designed to not leak pressure when disconnecting. I have seen it online now for $50-70, though there is a more updated SKS for about half that is smaller (and not quite as cool) with more plastic instead of aluminum and SS.

This thread reminded me to check my fork pressure before leaving for rally tonight!

                  Thanks

hey, what about me? I started the thread...LOL JK of course...but here is the pump I got...

the nozzle rotates and has a precision release valve on it in order to let very little air out at a time...and the pump is also made of heavy aluminum...Cost: $40.00 they also come with 0-100 and 0-30...I got the 0-60 because I dont know any shocks or even tires for that matter that need 100PSI...
