Hoodlum bike? Usually you are talking nakeds when you talk hoodlum- and there is some bad azt bikes for that these days!

Straight sport touring used to be ST 1300 for me, probably still is- though, with the Pashnit tour guy going 'busa with sport touring, and making it so comfy- the 'busa may be the coolest sport tourer in the land, ever LOL

I would go, for straight hooligan bike- Aprilia tuono 1000 probably the prettiest and fastest, though the triumph, Spirit? I think? it is late here, I may have the model wrong- comes in close second.

I am building a Z1B 900 with a 1428cc motor right now, nekkid hooligan bike, getting ZX10 forks, 160 tires out back, 120s up front, GS 1100E swing arm, and such.

I also have everything for a "streetfighter" KZ1000 also using the 1428cc motor as well- this one has everything for a 200mm tire with the ZX6 swing arm, USD Zuk forks, ninja rims- that one, because I don't plan on kicking the tail sky high in the air, or have ridiculously set back rear-sets or undertail exhaust- would also be more of a "hooligan" bike as well.

I like motorcycles, all of them but hardleys I guess LOL

                Rocket III

Got to see one of those Rocket III's in person today. That is one BIG bike. Looks like it weighs a ton.

                Sure is pretty though.

                      Sorry Stralya...

                      But I can't.
                      Massive machine.
                      Incredible horsepower.
Two years ago there were problems with the fan relay and speedo smoking up, but that's been fixed.
Can't recall any warranty recalls on them. (other than the above)
                      Fantastic ride and handling.
Dry sump, oil tank on left side, three drain plugs for the oil pan.
Whenever there was running around to do... I'd always grab the keys to the demo.

The XS used to be a hooligan bike but now I can ride it nicely. The Max is my new(old) hooligan bike.

My xl500r is a fun hooligan bike.

I recently rode a BMW r1200gs and that would be a real fun hooligan bike as well. Lots of grunt, great brakes, FI, etc...

GNEPIG, my father used to ride a Norton Commando, has one of the old tin signs hanging in his room. Now he's on a 1985 BMW R1000, which is actually a nice ride. Once my mom gets her Honda and I get my new Katana 600, we'll make for an interesting family.
