    Short Cut for Pictures

Hey Ray and Charley, it can be even more simple than that.

    1. Click on the IMG box in Photobucket. It should flash yellow and say "copied", ...then it returns to the previous state.

2 Go back to your post in this forum and right click where you want to put in, and hit "paste"

    It's that simple.

However, when I have used Photobucket recently, I can't get the IMG box to go "copied", so I just grab the link address in the IMG box manually and paste it in my post.
    -Mike

                        Vintage bikes

Now that's a little more like it! Norton Commandos, RD 350's, 5 XS 11's (Guilty as well!) Looks like it's going to rain for the next 6 days, so I am going to work. That way I can play when the sun comes back out next week. Thanks to everyone who has responded so far. If you know of another member who has something but not responded, please give them a nudge, or a swift kick, whatever it takes!

Besides my venerable '80G bagger, I got a 81 XJ550Maxim. It was "free". Yea right. YCIS is a pain in the arse. My current project is, wait for it....... 1969 Taco 44 minibike. I found it languishing in the corner of a garage. I asked the lady about it and she said take it. Pretty bad shape. I didn't know it was a Taco till I started doing some research. For me, the cool thing is, its the same make/model that started me on the two wheeled addiction. I bought one back in 69 with the help of my dad. $169 out the door. Lots of newspapers thrown and lawns mowed to pay that back. I rounded up a pavement shredding 3hp B&S to replace the locked up 5hp. 3HP was the "standard" motor in '69. I figure I will have about $250-300 in it by the time I'm done. Actually found some NOS parts and am looking forward to getting it back on the road.
                          When a 10 isn't enough, get a 11. 80g Hardbagger

                            Vintage bikes

webbcraft2150 Somewhere I have a 73 or 74 Yamaha MX 360 that I wanted to restore. After I got it home and sat on it, It occurred to me that I had grown a bit since I last sat on one! Thats one I may as well sell, but I would have to move a pile of stuff to even find it. Perhaps it will be worth more when I do find it!

1987 Honda trx350x, too new but still tinkering. Clean the carb and clean up the headlight mounting.

Next up, get my first bike back up and running.

Sounds like a pack of P.O.ed weedwhips going down the road.

Needs carb's gone through, install new points and re-time it
And a few other things to refresh it from the moth balls.

Most bike problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!!

I will need to start the rebuild of a '73 CB350F. It was my mom's bike. Won't be riding it, but always promised myself to get it going.
