well sad to say but these bikes are not getting what i want to see...back in 2010I bought this bike with 90K miles on the clock and paid $4200 but that included the PO installing a new timing belt and tensioner before i bought it...Now the bike has 132000 and I have it as $3400 buy it now...realistically $3150 is what i expect anything less than that and i will not sell it...so that other bike is way too low on bidding too...My first attempt with a reserve type auction ended up all of $1675 as the high bid...not even half of my reserve...that sucked

Just saw one on ebay that was bid as high as $2550. The owner pulled it early stating that it was no longer available. His was a 1998 with 49K on the clock. Is that a good price? Ben, what were you asking for yours and how many miles are on yours?

To be specific to the question of if thats a fair price well...if you are a buyer then yes...but as an owner and seller ...No not even close...that bike with 49k isnt even truly broken in yet by ST endurance and longevity standards...so it should sell for at least $1000 to $1500 more than what his high bid was when he pulled the bike from sale.....I'm about to pull this but i'm just gonna see it out anyway so far with maybe a day and a half left not one offer but 300 some odd people have looked at it...and about 50 are watching it but I had more last time and it didnt pan out...ha ha Pan...like ST1100 Pan-American...Pan-European...

If its of any interest, I paid NZ $2900 for mine with 72000 Kms (44738 Miles) on her. Should be back in Red by this time next week !
