Here is the 1977 xs7502d that I have been working on. Finally got it running pretty good. Now to find some pod airfilters and some mufflers.

I rode mine up the road yesterday just about 1/2 mile and it seems not to have much power. Last year it ran pretty good. I guess having the mufflers off and no airbox would take away the power wouldn't it? It has stock jets. Also I noticed that when I set the idle, the bike was on the sidestand wich leans a lot. When I pick it up In riding position, the bike idles up some. The cable is not tight, it loose. If I lean it farther to the right, it will go up a little more. Anyone ever have that problem?Jeff

Looks awesome. Rattlecan is the only way to go. With the right prep, best bang for the buck. Just finished another color change on the 1100 for the insane cost of $30. Good job.81 H "Traumaha"
