Bob, is it the turn signal or the running light? It may have been wired wrong at the pigtail where it connects to the harness.

I accidentally posted this here and then reposted it here....sorry I didn't respond to you sooner.
It is the turn signal, I'm pretty sure. The left side is a lot brighter than the right unless the right signal is lit, when they then both have the same brightness. I guess I'll have to start playing with electrical...a scary thought.
Yep, sounds like it's miswired or a there's bad ground/socket and one light is using the other for its ground. Electrical problems suck.
