Man I been wanting a 2 stroke for awhile now, screw a 4 stroke dirt bike!
$400 and all it needs is an echo chamber and fork seals.
Hi Elevener,
nice bog wheel! I got my two boys onto dirt bikes before they were ten and they are far more skillful riders than I am because of it.
But the colours? Acid green bike with a blue seat and red boots to ride it with? Do you have a matching purple and orange riding suit to match?
WTF, when you and the bike are covered in mud up to the eyeballs you'll be grinnin' too wide to care, eh?

Well Fred, I didnt choose the colors! The boots came with the bike and they fit. I have miles of trails right outside my yard, along the ridges of what passes for mountains here. No room to wreck, Ill probably kill myself on this thing but will go out with a smile on my face.
Looks like an 'old' toy to me, but it sure looks like fun
I had DT Yamaha's back in the day, and my boy cut his teeth on YZ's. I remember my father once describing a two stroke engine as "the most annoying sound know to man" and "weapons of warfare that should be supplied to the enemy only". I loved it, till i bit the handlebars one day going downhill, but thats another story.
1980 SG. (Sold - waiting on replacement)

This is the first watercooled bike Ive had. the air 2 strokes are alot easier to work on. And look better. It runs great, new top end and v-force reeds.
The pipe is cracked and patched. I will do some patching as well until I can get a new fatty pipe.
Wow, I had the exact same bike as a teen (is it an 86?) I rode the he11 out of that thing for years with a blown out rear shock. Me or the bike came home busted every time, but the engine never quit running on me. pulled like crazy in that powerband +1
