I'm asking because I want to get my wheels powder coated but I'm thinking of the "spokes" in one color and the rims in a different one. Anyone know??

Yes, but it's a PITA....
There's slightly different methods depending on the final product, but basically, you coat each color separately. You have to mask between colors, but one major difference is you have to remove the masking after coating and before curing without disturbing the uncured powder or getting any powder onto the already coated part. If you don't, the masking or color will melt into the cured color.Fast, Cheap, Reliable... Pick any two

JAT...
I've done the powder/paint thing and wasn't all that happy with the results. I've also done two color powdercoat on some pieces, and it really is a PITA...Fast, Cheap, Reliable... Pick any two

OK, well that's thin info I was looking for, basically it's not worth the trouble. That's fine. Thank you.'79 XS11 Special, fork gaiters, Uni pods, 45 pilots, 140 mains, ditched the octy, solo seat, T kat fork brace
