I think you'll get a better deal at Jevco anyway.

As I pointed out, I pay the highest of my freinds here, and a couple of them are with Jev.
Nice day, if it doesn't rain...

      It a new one, but...

I said I'd help when I got it. 2006 Suzuki Katana 600. Full coverage, 1000 deductible, about $400 a year with Progressive.

Or is this thread even about bike insurance anymore?

I'm paying Jevco 628/year right now. I called a company through my credit union, CUIS, and if I put my truck with them they'll charge me 376/year for the bike(my truck is cheaper with them as well)

I think they are underwritten by cooperaters.

Hey olebiker ... That rate is from Wanessea (spelling) The girl on the phone did not ask me directly if this bike was a Katana so I hope when it comes time to "sign off" I will not be faced with any surprises. She asked for ... the year, make, model desingation and serial #. I responded and got that quote.
I hope I can be signed off and insured for Wednesday afternoon.

I hope so as that seems like a good price.

Ya ... it seems reasonable and if there are no surprises i will likely give them my 1100, the car and house.
Hey .. did I miss the old bastards get together?

Got the Kat's insurance this afternoon. The carrier is Kingsway. I was told by the broker that Wanessea does not do bike insurance?
Anyway I just got back from her first run ...

Wawanesa does do bike insurance, but I don' t think they take new customers anymore.

You have to have had insurance with them before, to get bike insurance now.

But I have been insured for 30 years, so maybe I've just been with them so loooooong.....

It hurts the inner sanctum of my head trying to make sense of the insurance game.
