Here I was thinking it might be a nice addition to my collection too. Have you got one of these on your wall?

i'm kinda curious to see the price on the front cover
back in 78 I purchased that magizane.
at the time i was doing research on the xs-11
                    no internet back then
i was looking for a 4 cylinder shaft drive
                    my first road bike
I was partial to yamaha's, thats what i had for a dirt bike
when the 11 came out, that was all i was looking for

of course not relizing what the xs-11 would become
i cut the article out of the mag and threw the rest away
                    i still have the article,
and i still have the bike i bought back in 78

                      xswilly,

                      Price was 75 cents!

I have that mag, and if anyone's interested I have the road test article on CD in h-res pdf's. IIRC, it's 11 pages. BTW, they list the displacement at 1102cc's/

Pm me if you want it. Maybe i could e-mail it.

No, Gene, i'm not selling it, (although i did sell some on ebay) i'm going to offer it here for everyone. As soon as I can find a way to post it. It's a big file.

                            Try this:

Cycle Jan 78 XS11 Road Test

You'll need Adobe Acrobat to read it. If you have trouble opening it, right click on it and save it to your hard drive, then open it.
