  • A bunch of Ass#oles

I recently joined a Honda forum so I could help a buddy find some parts and info on an early 80's 750f that he just bought. I posted a pic of my bike with a question about the availability of the Jardine Pipes that I have. I can't believe some of the comments these f'ers made. I can see why they call themselves f'ers. They should be called CS'ers.
Read for yourselves...http://cb1100f.net/modules.php?name=...wtopic&t=16592. After I get the url for the site to my buddy, and he is able to find and purchase what he needs from them, I think I'll go post a litle F U note to those A holes, but I don't want to mess up his chances to find some desperatly needed parts, so I'l just bide my time... And they say you meet the nicest people on a Honda...Bu!!$#it! Nobody here has ever been so rude to an owner of another type of bike.

Having read you request and their answers I would say they are definitley opinionated and while that may seem ok on the surface it was totally worthless.

Write them a thank you note expressing your apprecitation for wasting your time and mine.

      John...

I completely agree ... they were complete a$$holes. I think your pipes actually look really cool. Don't let ignorance or an absence of mannors get you down. Just wave and smile as your cruise past them on your dominate XS11.

          Dicks!

Boy, they sure have a lot of nerve endings!
I've got half a mind to... well, Ok, I've got half a mind... but so what?
I don't recall anyone on this site slammin' photos of someone else's bike, or hurlin' insults, etc.
Ok... so I did comment on one photo that I didn't like the guy's lawn, and once offered that the oil spots in the garage might have been from his car, but that's about it.
          I'm better, now.
Anyway... I really liked Bud's suggested response, but don't think it should be taken any further.
Not that I'm trying to shy away from verbal battles with a bunch of hairless half-inches, but having this site cluttered up with their retaliatory 3rd grade antics might prove more troublesome than it was worth.

Sorry to hear about the halfwits!! Sounds like they're worse than Harley owners!!

I'd say the person ( Ray ) is kinda partial to his Honda. We all know the best bike made at the begining of the muscle bike era. The Vespa scooter....
If you believe that,, I'll sell ya a bridge.
The thing about a Honda is ya can't hardly kill em. Kinda like the old Dodge slant six. Of coarse Yamaha did out perform the others hands down.

Well, have you ever ridden your Yamaha to a big rally where 95% of the bikes are Harleys? You have to be ready with a reply to an insulting remark if you are there long enough. Some guy this summer at the Grants rally said, "That bike is an ugly P.O.S." And of course I let out a belly laugh, looked him straight in the eye and replied, F. off!" He quit insulting me and started insulting his wife when she wasn't within an earshot.

If you ever decide those pipes dont look "cool" enough, I'll be happy to take them off your hands!

I think they're awesome, myself. I can only imagine what a set would cost.

hey now, no reason to bag on V65s, I have a couple of those LOL- oiling problem, and I never personally had a wiped cam, is an easy fix, and only a defect for those that mostly ran it beyond design. I did the "oil mod" this year- after owning the bike since 89, and I have put 55K totally trouble free miles, during that time,

I only put it on because it is a defect, unfiltered oil to cams, low pressure at idle.

Those guys on that thread were human fecal material, no need to waste any time or emotion on them- I know the guys on the V65 site would give you good info http://www.v4hondabbs.com/ and some of them are bike mechanics, one or two of them have or are working for honda, and one of them has sold batches of Jardines- I would try the same question over there on thier boards- you may get some smart alecky remarks, but nothing as nasty as that! The site owner's ST 1100 was totaled by a cage, and he bought an FJR 1300, but ended up with an interceptor. Lots of yami and honda and kawi knowledge LOL

Funny thing is there were pipes like that made for Honda Fours and the reason was performance not looks. As Bugs Bunny would say, "What a moroon!" LOL!
