Why in tarnation was he learnin how to ride on that power house of a bike for anyway? That's just flat out stupid in my opinion. Learn the basics on a smaller bike and get to know how a bike handles before jumpin on a big bad scooter.
Gettin to weather or not he violated his contract. You can read into it all you want. If his contract said no bike rideing, He screwed up. If not, then there's a case. " Not participate in anything other then football that can injure ". I guess that meens no sex, cars, icecreamcones or even the zoo. All of lifes walks are subject to injury at anytime.
