If he brings it up in class again, you should perhaps suggest that this is not the time or place to argue about it. I wouldn't be afraid of him lowering your grade. Especially in a subject as black-and-white as Calculus. If you have the papers to prove that he didn't give you the same credit as the next guy for the same work and answers, you can go to the head of the department and likely get the guy fired. If your prof is the head of the Dept, you can go to the Dean of the college or the board of regents...The worst that can happen is that you'll have to fight for it. You have to decide whether it would be worth fighting for. You've got as many witnesses as there are people in the class and you could bring a microcassette recorder if you're really worried. I don't believe a calc class is the proper setting to argue politics, but if he brings it up and nobody in the class says anything about not wanting to delve into the subject, it's probably fair game.
