  • 'just had some XS11 hats made up...

I ***LOVE*** my 1980 XS1100SG and wanted an XS Eleven hat - 'found a few on eBay but didn't feel like paying $40+ for one... so I called the embroidery lady that does my business hats, and asked for a few. My main goal was to get a quality hat, at a reasonable price for those that are as fanatical about their bike as I am...

'finally got around to taking some digitals of the XS11 hats...

    and click on individual photos:

the 'Logo' was done off a side panel design, the 'air holes' and 'top button' are white, and the bill is a 'sandwich black/white/black'. The adjustable strap in the back is a cloth/velcro.
    They're $15/ea and $5 shipping (USPS Pri.mail) in the 'lower 48'
Shipping is a bit different to other countries...

...now I'm just waiting on the maroon Polo shirt (prototype) with the XS Eleven embroidered on the left breast area to see if it's "fiscally feasable" so it can be offered at a decent price - most motorcycle shops charge $45 and up... I'd like to get these shirts for <$25.

I have T-shrits made for my business, but that company wants orders of a gross (144) minimum... I'm going to try and get those done for under $15.

    I'll keep the board 'posted'...

    XSive regards, Ron (UncleSpot)

P.S. I screwed up and originally posted this on the XS11/XJ11 Discussion board, and that's only for 'technical discussion' and this is definitely an 'off topic' - sorry... Gee I hope I don't get banned from my favorite place on the internet for this fupau...

            Hey Ron,

Any chance those T-shirts will be "Pocket-T's"?? I hate NOT having a pocket!

Will you think about making both Standards and Specials for the T-shirts!?

I ordered mine on Saturday and got it yesterday and even got a nice phone call from Ron. I only have one problem with the hat -- my wife saw it and wants it. I guess I'll have to order another one for myself. I can't wait for the shirts, sweaters, coats, riding leathers, ............

                              Great Job

I just placed my order! After "The Breeze" smoked my buddies Harley like a fine cigar the other day, he told me that the bike was a fluke. I can't wait to go pound on his window so he can look out and see my grinning mug with my "Fluke" hat perched proudly atop

                              Thanks in advance Ron!
