I'm glad you're alright, Ben! Sheesh!

I got run over in a gas station in Des Moines on the way home. I don't remember getting hit, I just remember staring at the sky and wondering why I was on the ground while I started taking inventory on my body.

I had on my gear and helmet, the helmet has some serious chunks out of it so it saved my life or at least some gnarly stitches and a concussion.

Shame about Bandit. She was quite the trooper. My prayers out to you for speedy recovery from your concussion, and for a new horse to ride on! I'll keep my eyes out for a nice venture for ya. I might be riding through again next summer on my way out west, would be nice to see you up and rollin again!
