Just got internet back. Everything OK over here, just a bunch of trees down and most people have no power, mine came back today at noon. We had 90 MPH winds over here but no real damage for me.

Yep, the Keys got wiped out, 90% homes are damaged. West coast got hit harder than us, we were pretty lucky. No fuel to be found anywhere, many people have no power and it is very hot here.

            Phil,
My home got away without damage. Although many pine trees are now on the ground and a few homes were severely damaged I'm not aware of any serious injuries in my area. The city maintenance folks are cleaning up the streets and paths (which will likely take a week or more). Hopefully, we'll be back to normal soon. There is too much tree debris on the roads or I'd plan to ride one of my XS11's to work tomorrow.

I spoke to Marty earlier and he finally has power back after being without all night. His internet is still down.

The main highway to Florida from Georgia, I-75, is packed with Floridians headed back home.

Looking forward to the Vintage Yamaha Rally in Stecoah next week there will be no issues getting there as all this will be a distant memory!

            Thanks,

Glad to hear from y'all that all is fairly well. We got our little piece of Irma here in Tulsa today. A stiff breeze out of the north and some high clouds.

              No damage reported.................
