Happy birthday Bobby! Did y'all get Cody's TS working?

Many family and friends helped make this one really great.
Went up to Edmond on Sunday and got to ride a bit w/ Cody.
Sure was sweet to ride his '79 again. That is one sweet bike.
Sure made me want it back!
GF took me to the Warren Theatre in Broken Arrow, Ok. to see the new XMen Apocolypse movie in "The Director's Suite". They let you eat and drink there, and all ya have to do is push a button anytime you want something, and they come running! Food is awesome, too. Ya get to kick back in an electrically heated leather recliner, drink whatever ya want, eat a full course meal, desert... in a more private screening setting that's state of the art video/audio. Pretty sweet!
Thanks again to my "XS family" here for remembering.

Have you decided whether you're riding your ZRX or not yet?
Hope you do. I wanna see it!
Looking forward to seeing you guys again, too!
Should be a great ride... (as long as Joe doesn't ride AHEAD of me... don't wanna have to dodge any mufflers or other parts that might fall off his bike...)
Hahahahahahahaha!!!

Awesome, Mike! Cool!
Be great to see you guys again! Looking forward to this rally.
I've been trying to decide about sending my CPU out to a guy in Florida that's developed a flash that dramatically improves the C14. He's a fellow COG member, and a C10/C14 guru. So far, he's flashed over 100 fellow member's CPU's, and every single person reports back on how amazing the performance improvement is.
The first one he did was his own bike's. His was 100% stock. He then ran it against a friend's heavily modded C14, which had a complete Area P exhaust, and had been dyno'd at 168 RWHP. Every time, his stock but flashed bike outran it... by a lot... up to 120 mph... at that point the modded bike would catch it.
They then traded bikes... with the same results. So it wasn't the skill of the rider.
He gets $325 to flash it. The C14 has 2 CPU modes in stock form- full power, and ECO mode, which reduces HP 15%, but is for economy. Once he flashes it, you still have the ECO side. But nobody wants to go back to it, once it's flashed!
I've just been hesitant to remove my bike's "brain", send it to Florida by mail, and trust a guy I've never met, then have him mail it back to me...
However, he provides adequate insurance to cover a replacement CPU if it were to be damaged...so...
So far, no one has had an issue, and all say they get theirs back within one week.
Very tempting! Right now, my bike has around 135 RWHP. To think that it would outperform one with 168 RWHP has my interest piqued.
The biggest plus is how much better the fueling performance gain is. No dips across the rpm band, only linear. No more glitchy on/off low speed throttle anymore... way smoother. Increase in fuel economy, to boot.
I just need to pull the trigger and get it done...
