I've always had the thought when I start off on a long ride about 50 miles out " Damn, this is going to be a LOOOOONG ride. Maybe I should turn around and go back" but I keep going every time because I enjoy the trip every time.
Then, coming back about 50 miles from home you think "Damn, it'll be good to get home but I can't wait until the next run. MAN! This seat feels like it's stuffed with broken glass".
Am I just freakin' nuts or do others feel the same way.

. Pretty sire I 'll be able to do at least a fairly long ride, but I'm thinkin' 5-800 mile days of riding are over with having metal plates in both those places. Fairly sure I 'll be able to hold bike vertical as long as an absent driver doesn't make a left turn directly in front of me again..........we'll see how it all goes come Spring next year. Which reminds me, I'll have to drain a completely full tank that is treated with Startron, start out fresh fuel after I remove dry carbs(no fuel in them) and lower running fuel levels one millimeter
