      Man

I thought it was just me. Can't count the number of times I've put something in a safe place where I wouldn't lose it, and guess what, lost until you give up on it then magicaly appears when you stop looking for it. Glasses screwdrivers ,pencils, tape measures, bike insurance papers the list is endless.

I have a really nice safe that I use to keep important items in (documents, valuables, etc.)

Now if I could only remember the combination, everything would be great ...

Where IS that piece of paper I wrote the combination on??

It might be in the safe ... Oh, boy ...

I went for a ride on my XS11 a few weeks ago to go meet a friend. I pulled the key from the kitchen drawer and off I went. I needed gasoline to get home. The cap wouldn't open. I stopped and bought some WD40, no help. I stopped three times almost out of gas before I found a can opener to pop the cap. I woke up in the middle of the night and realized I had taken the key to the XS650! I guess I need a new ignition switch!

              Hi Courtney,
Like the note from the concerned parent said:-
"How dare you say that our son is illiterate, his mother and I got married when he was only three."
However, you may, like myself, be a forgetful old fart.
Be assured that immediately after TC has sent you a replacement and you have installed it, the old one will reveal itself.
The postage inside Canada is less costly than sending the unused fuseblock back Stateside so you will save money by sending it to me in Saskatoon, I could use one on my XS650.

I will be in Nanaimo tomorrow afternoon and could pick it up, saving Courtney any money. Maybe he will not have found it by then. So I will be going by again on Friday, hopefully on the 400 Seca.
