  • How about this Bobber

I've been kicking around the idea of getting an sr 500 to run back and forth to work when I found this. I really like it...

Maybe this could be a thread for pics of Bobbers to be proud of.
Anybody hoarding "idea" bobber pics like I do?

Mother of god, that's ridiculous. I thought the whole point a cafe racer was to mimic other high performance bikes of the era with Do-It-Yourself type mods, not go out and spend $20k on a dainty show bike... However, it does look damn good.

And yes, I've been hoarding tons of XS bobber pics because I need inspiration. My bike needs a real seat to replace the king/queen couch that's on there now.

The 06 Dyna seat... cheapest option.

LePera Solo Silhouette for an older Sportster (I spent a good hour looking through product photos to find it)... very expensive.

Mystery seat... I really want this one but can't identify it.

        DIY flat tracker type...

        The standard cat-eye cafe tail...

                            This one grabs me:

I see a lot of shortcuts, so I don't think this one would be a very expensive build.

That's nice....still stock looking and still a bobber, I like the seat with the little brake light in it. I think you have to have a rear fender of some type in Pa to get an inspection sticker....or at least that's what our local Yamaha shop told me.
