    Coast to Coast

    I too would like to do a coast to coast run soon before I can't. Would be nice to do it with another xs'sive. Gotta visit NY state and home, The Whiz in NC, old GF in KY etc.....

      1979 XS1100SF "Old Man" bought by my Dad brand new in 79, customized in 80 with Vetter, Standard tank, and touring seat. I inherited in 02 when Dad passed. Been riding it since 09. No resto, bike is a survivor...

        You got a fan set up in front of the engine? That helps a lot.

        I was lucky, when I got this bike from an old buddy of mine down in texas he gave me all the stuff he had including the guage set just like that one.
