    Thx Mike. I'm doing the grunt work this morning I worked knit for about three hours And I'm pooped so I'm having lunch and then off to my real job for ten hours.

      Good luck with it. Fixing it yourself is great, saves money, and when all is said and done you can say "I did that"
      Being broke sucks, I've been without fower for 9 days now waiting for the electrician to hook me back up, but you get through these things. The generator helps, but isn't cheap to run (going about $30 a day) I haven't had the heart to tell the kids yet that Comcast said 3 more weeks...
      (North East dnow storm last week caused unprecedented damage to large chunks of MA and CT, the electricians are out flat to get people like me back into the grid now that it is back up)

          That's not good, Garth!

          In the picture you sent it looked like the tub was plumbed into the vent stack and the drain trap bypassed and capped. That'll have to be dug out and re-plumbed to the tub if you want to do it right but nose plugs and gas masks are cheaper.

            Yeah the trap is plugged by me because a the tub drain snapped off but I need to get the tee out too
