LMAO........when I looked at those first few pictures I thought it was wrecked. It looked kinda like the XS a buddy of mine rolled down the highway............after the fact.

      Just kiddin'. Couldn't resist.

You decide to change that exhaust system I think I might know someone who could use that one.

        custom!!

I do like some of the features you have put into that bike. (I ike the blue one too!) Would like to see it in person, and get the short tour. Any chance you could ride it to a rally? XSive Riders @ Iron horse Stecoah NC is soon. I am sure the Southern Ontario XSives would welcome you to their Monkey Butt Rally. much fun monkey business, but generally not so custom.

        Have fun wrenching & riding,

do tin men really sh*t? i am sure it took a long time to think that up, and it was well worth it, i laughed so hard i sh*t my pants when I read it. Yes, the pic with the blue/silver xs is the "before" picture (ugly as sin too). I have, and have had, a lot of bikes and always trying to make them pretty and clean. I wanted the opposite, something that looks like i dont give a fu< and cheap.

the back fender is not leather, thats surface rust. A buddy of mine asked what color i was gonna paint it, i told him my idea and he mentioned the fender looks good with the seat and the fu<k it look. so i left it. i got alot of the parts from a warehouse near my house that sells used british bike parts. no idea what the fender it off but the headlight and battery box is from a triumph, the taillight is from a model A. seat is la rosa, they also have really nice looking solo saddle bags
