exhaust ding!
It seems almost everyone with a 79 special has that same damn ding on the right muffler. Ruins the whole thing & is irreplacable.
Mine has the same ding. perfect exhaust but for that ding!
I'm going to cut off both pipes ahead of the mufflers, & replace them with JC Whitney mufflers that look almost identical. I know it's not the same, but, in todays market, it's the only way to go. They have look a likes for around$60.00 each plus shipping. Buy 2 & get 15% off.
