      Plexus

      http://www.plexusplasticcleaner.com/aboutf.html

This is what i've used for a couple years now. Great for face sheilds and safety glasses.
      Costly, but works well.
Also the only product I'll use for Our pop-up camper windows, keeps them clear and soft. YMMV
1980 XS1100G "Dolly G" Full Dresser (with a coat of many colors )
      1979 XS1100SF (stock-euro mods planned)
      1984 XV700L Virago (to be hot-modded)
      1983 XJ750MK Midnight Maxim (semi-restored DD)
      1977 XS650D ( patiently awaiting resto)

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of gas before you can think straight.

I use Plexus too. It works GREAT on bug guts and bird poop too. A quick spray and a soft terrycloth towel, and it seems to add a bit of waterproofing/polish too. I keep a can of it in my fairing all the time.

I use this all purpose cleaner, it was formerly a Honda product, but I was told they got out of the chemical business. It will take off bugs and shine everything on the bike except for tires, seat, footpegs and grips. About $7, lasts all year.

Meguires polish helped my Pacifico shield a lot. Took scratches off yesterday with 2000 grit paper, followed by Flitz metal polish, followed by blue jewlers rouge, Then Meguires, followed by some car wax I got at the fair. It has never been as bright and clear, and a lot of the haze is gone
