"The Hooligan" XJ1100, Virago Gauge Pods, Screaming Eagle Mufflers, K&N Filter, hand made rear fender, side covers, and solo seat, round bar conversion, small headlight, tail light, and cat eye turn signals, chip fuses, rewired the right way.

My step dad had a Ducati 750 like that back in the 80s. I rode it once...only made it around the block and back 'cause the right hand shift lever was just more than I wanted to deal with...real nice bike tho...Guy

Also, what additional classification would need to be added to his driver's license? It's a two wheeler with two additional wheels. Can't fit in the Trike category but wouldn't be able to pass through the cones set up for two-wheelers.
Heck...just cover the thing with silk flowers and use it every year in the parades. Different trailer for each holiday: 4"th of july, memorial day, thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
The Macy's parade would be the best: attach helium filled balloons of our favorite childhood cartoon characters.
